Mistakes Were Made. Captain Matt here, so we have an enchanter hanging from a tree here and one of our guys accidentally used something we don't use to install wiring on trees. He used a metal nail and you can see why we don't use these, the tree is going to grow. So what we use instead are these little plastic things that get screwed into the tree with a screw that is safe for the tree, and the wire is fastened with a zip tie that goes through the plastic piece. When the tree grows the plastic piece will move up and down, and when it gets too big the zip tie will snap. When you use metal staples it will damage the tree. https://barefootlighting.com/?p=2641

Nothing says Christmas like 90 degree heat. Christmas in July?! I've been out doing Christmas estimates all day and it feels so weird doing them in 90 degree heat! We were out at a new clients house and the wife was making fun of her husband for calling so early, but thats actually perfect because as a new client there's no way to get you decorated before Thanksgiving unless you call now. Are business partners a waste of time? Business Parters? Hey guys Captain Matt here once again with another business video, you can probably tell from my shirt, anyways that's it’s own marketing video. I just want to talk to you about having a partner, I know when you hear about partners in business it's always like “don't do it, it's the worst thing”, and I've had partnerships where I fully agree with that it's totally bad, but I mean the same can be said about marriages, right? I mean if we only went off the bad none of us would ever get married, none of us would ever get married because why would you want to if all you ever heard and focused on was the divorces and the bad things that happened.
