Lighting Boss Sent Me a Hat! I got another hat in the mail today from Lighting Boss. If you're in landscape lighting you've definitely heard of them. I've never actually purchased from them, but they have this awesome design software where you can look at all their products and it shows you the beam angle and everything. Definitely check these guys out if you haven't heard of them yet! https://barefootlighting.com/?p=2104

We serve the father of lights. Our Core Values I wanted to make a video explaining the core values of Elfperts Inc. Our main guiding principle is 'We Serve The Father of Lights', and yes that is from The Bible, James 1:17. It works out well since we are a lighting company. We have four core values here, number one is understanding the value of reputation. Reputation outweighs profit every single time. Number two is do unto others, always. It's the golden rule, we have it for the team, for the clients, anyone we come in contact with. Number three is be a light. Be personable, relationships matter and you should be a decent human being at all times. The fourth is we are committed to win, we're not worried about losing there is no plan B, we leave when the job is finished. I hope that you learned a little bit about our company! Transcription: Captain Matt here with Barefoot lighting and the Christmas guys and I wanted to put this video out to tell you about the core value

Talking about my daily videos and why I do them. Captain Matt Snippet from "Lighting for Profits" I was invited on the Lighting for Profits podcast by my coach Ryan Lee. It was great going on his podcast, this is a snippet of me talking about my daily videos in 2022. Transcription: with the the video aspect that was twofold we made videos back when I first started I mean I've got Walmart Christmas lights on that table on my my first videos talking about how amazing you know how awesome the Walmart lights are right now these are professional grade we open them a different way you know um what I realized for making those is almost every single client mentioned them I'm like really like talk for five minutes about if we took credit cards or not and um so I really learned that the right clients you know I don't need a lot of views but the right views those clients are watching and they feel like they know you built you're building a relationship with them before
