How Much Does Gemstone Lighting Cost?

Hey it's Captain Matt with Barefoot Lighting here one last time, in today's video I get to the ever so important question of “what is this going to cost me?”. Well in order to answer that question we're going to need to know a few things, mainly the measurements of your home, what kind of siding you have, what kind of soffits you have, and where you would like the Gemstone lights to be installed. We offer different options and levels based on your desires and budget, your biggest decision is going to be whether you do the front of your home, the back of your home, the sides of your home, or the entire thing. I like to help my clients by breaking it down like; this the front of your home is for the neighbors, and the back of the home is for your family, now that is a pretty simplistic breakdown but generally it's true. Now if you love decorating for Christmas or other holidays, then the front kind of  does take over a little bit more than just being for the neighbors because with the tap of a button you'll be able to decorate for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Fourth of July, or to decorate your every-day. It also makes it much more welcoming and inviting when you arrive home from work, or when you have guests over in the evening. Plus you don't have to take the Christmas lights down in January in the freezing cold. So that's also a very much an added benefit to the front of the home being more than just for the neighbors. The backyard is for pool parties, barbecues, evening cocktails, wine and a good book, in general just entertainment. You typically spend more time in your backyard than you do in your front yard, especially when it comes to entertaining guests or yourself. A lot of my clients have garages on the sides of their home, so that's kind of like a weird thing where the sides actually become an extension of the front because many people use their garage as their main door, even if their guests use the front door the the people who live there use the garage as their main door. So adding the side that has your garage on it makes a lot of sense when you're doing your front or your back. Then if you do all four sides it just completes the full look, but there's really no wrong answer there. I have people who have started with just the back and then called us back a few months later to add the front. I've had people start with the front and the side called us back a few months later to finish it off. People waited about a year to come back and finish it all off. The point is we can always add on so don't get stuck in having to make the right decision in terms of front and back, you're gonna love either one and you can always add the other one later down the road. When I asked about budgets most people say “I don't know so I'm calling you, I don't know what to expect”. So in order to help understand this a little bit I can say that the average client, for the front of their home, spends about $4,500 give or take all in. Now some are more, some are less, but that is average for my clients for the front of home, that also equals out to about a little under a hundred dollars a month with the financing options that we have available now. Because the designs are all based on your specific roof and soffits it's impossible to tell you a price until we meet in person but those are the averages, and again some more some less, but averages are averages. As promised when we show up for the design appointment we’ll be able to calculate all that and give you your pricing options right there on the spot, or within 24 hours for some larger projects. So if you're looking for the ultimate lighting solution that will add to the beauty of your home, add security, add curb appeal, and increase your property value, you're in the right place. We look forward to meeting you in person, and thank you once again for this opportunity.
