Explaining one of our lighting proposals. Barefoot Lighting Proposal Walk Through Hey guys Captain Matt here, I've had a lot of lighting contractors and lighting designers ask us what we do for a proposal, So I want to do one quick video to kind of walk you through one, and also it allows prospective clients to see what they're going to get and kind of know what to expect. Now this person here, this was a real proposal, they did get a demo and everyone gets a demo depending on the size and scope of the project. Anyways, first is just the cover page. It has their name and address on it, and then a picture from the demo if we had one, or a similar image if not. Second page is a little about us; founded in 2009, fully insured workers comp, then meet the team Captain Matt, Maverick Mike. Then we go over the options and phases, because budgets are a real thing, so you don't have to do it all at once you can always do one, two, you can do three, and you just keep adding on whenever you want another. There’s a picture of the demo night, same ones you saw before just without the words on it, and then I go into what the phases are going to be called so that we're using the same terminology so when we talk to the client they also understand, so we just we want to end all confusion so that we're all on the same page and there's no surprises for anybody. This is the front yard, there's some pictures of the demo of what's going to happen, here’s the front yard continued. Then we got the bush line, there is also a picture of a tree lit up, and then the house structure in the front of the house again shows the same terminology. Next page is showing that we're going to use lifetime lighting systems lighting, the best lights in the industry, all field repairable, cheaper for the client in the long run because you can replace a piece instead of replacing an entire fixture. Tier one through tier three tier, one being the cheapest, tier three being the most expensive, they all hold the same exact light, they all hold the same exact effect in the end, fixture just holds a lamp, however you can choose which colors basically from machine brass down to white or black. Then we go through all the CAD drawings of the different various things we're planning on using on their property, or we may use on their property. Then also we have the insurance information, general liability, workers comp, and automobile. We even talk about how our wire that we use is better, it's more expensive but it's better and there's a reason, it's the longevity in mind of the system. These are just some schematics of how we can wire things, whether it's daisy chained, we talk about connections, we don't use wire nuts, we use copper crimps. Copper crimp is a mechanical connection and it is a more secure and better connection, connection is always the weakest point on any lighting system and that is something all lighting professionals agree about. Then we talk about the manufacturer warranty and our annual maintenance package, a little quick note from me, a little quick note from the project manager. Then it goes and breaks down these phases, these people are getting five phases pitched to them so they could choose, and they went with phases one and two for right now. They had already done a couple phases back a few months ago, so again the phases allow them to revisit it in a couple months or a year later “hey, we want to do those additional lights on the tree blah blah”. Then it goes over our project schedule, what to expect, and then it goes into the outdoor audio and how you get the savings if we do at the same time as the lighting because we're already bearing wire. That's it, that's what our proposals look like, that's what you can expect and for your learning contractors and lighting designers out there that is how we do it.
