Side Hustle Johnny and the investment into your property | Captain Matt on Landscape Lighting

Captain Matt here with Barefoot Lighting. I want to talk to you about something when it comes to landscape lighting illumination portraits of your property. Everybody is shocked by the price, it's a guarantee you know? When I do a hundred thousand dollar project the guys like "I thought it was gonna be twenty (thousand)". When I do a twenty thousand dollar project the guys like "I thought it was going to be five (thousand)". So, it doesn't matter where on the spectrum, you know what size budget, whether you have, you know, a five or ten thousand dollar budget, or a hundred or two hundred thousand dollar, budget you are always shocked by the price, it's a guarantee. One thing to keep in mind is when you buy a house, unless you've built a house from scratch and paid each individual contractor yourself without hiring a lead, you don't ever even think about the amount of money that goes into a house, to do the lighting, the wiring, the lights, the labor, it would be a large portion of your home goes to the wiring, and the lights, and the labor to put all that stuff in. So it's just one of those things everyone's usually surprised, unless you've had landscape lighting done by an actual professional before, not a Side Hustle Johnny, you're going to be surprised by the price, because some people just don't really think about it, right? You just know you want to enjoy your property, you know? Might be a little scary over in that back corner, or you just want to go walk your property at night without fear. You don't do this every day like we do so it normally comes as a shock. So, you know, after we knock your socks off at how good it looks, put your socks back on because we're about to knock them off again. No, I'm just kidding, but it is an investment, and you know when you get an investment into your property like this you want to make sure you're using the right guy. The guy that's going to be there when you need them when something goes wrong, because it's lights, a light will go, out a fixture will break. Anyway, I'll talk to you soon, I'm Captain Matt.

How I focus on happiness. Staying happy and learning what that means. Captain Matt talking about Wake Up Warrior it's a part of my routines and how I do operate my business. Another stack is called the happy stack, very similar to a gratitude stack or an irritated stack but on the happier end, a happy stack really makes you focus on some good things. Do you ever wake up in the morning and you just feel alive or great and happy? Maybe you've got a new plant,  little things like that excite you, or you got a new shirt in the mail, or something's getting delivered today and you're just happy. Maybe it's not a gratitude towards something, maybe it's just happiness. Well we way too often don't focus on that and we only focus on the bad things, and the anger. Well the happy stack allows you to kind of get out of your system, and learn a life lesson from it on how to focus on that happiness, and use it you know to live your your day better with a smile all around.
